Rēzekne, April 16. At the LIAA and Rēzekne SEZ administration forum "The Future Begins with Dialogue: Technology, Digitalization, Automation" at RTU Rēzekne Academy, Gatis Romanovskis and Betija Muižniece delivered a lecture titled "How to Spot Opportunities in Automation." The conversation quickly shifted from ideas to real scenarios where manufacturers recognized their situations.

Smart Ports. At the MILA and ITDA event "Smart Ports and AI: CO₂ Emission Management and Sustainable Flow Results," Elīna Lūse discussed a structured approach to AI and automation. Value often arises from organizing processes and utilizing existing data rather than from complex solutions.

Municipalities, March 4. At the MILA event "AI Solutions for Latvian Municipalities" at the LU Library, Gatis Romanovskis spoke on the topic "Technology as an Assistant in Public Procurement": how data analytics helps understand the procurement market, price trends, and competition levels. Tender was presented as an example.

Hospitality. At the seminar "Work Smart, Not Hard 2026," Gatis Romanovskis along with Kadi Saadlo discussed AI in the hotel industry. AI will not take jobs away but will transform them: customers expect immediate responses, and the most important thing is that the problem is solved quickly and conveniently.

Media. At the Gemius Latvia event, where the new mobile data solution was presented, Gatis Romanovskis spoke in a panel discussion about the impact of AI on media. Internet content is increasingly read not by humans but by algorithms, so reliable and representative data is the only basis for AI to provide truthful answers.
